By submitting this form, I, intending to be legally bound, grant permission to Sunny Get Up LLC and its affiliates (the “Releasees”) to use my likeness in photographs, videos, or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration (all photography and videography work is referred to herein as the “Work”).
I understand that all Work will become the property of the Releasees and will not be returned.
I also understand that the Work, in whole or in part, will be transmitted on various platforms and for various purposes including, but not limited to, social media marketing, email promotions, newsletters, general publications, website, and affiliate marketing.
I hereby irrevocably authorize the Releasees to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these Works for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Work.
I hereby release and discharge any and all Releasees, their licensees, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have against them by reason of anything contained in the Work, or any of the above uses, including, but not limited to, any claims based on the right of privacy, the right of publicity, copyright, libel, defamation, or any other right.
I have read this release before signing/submitting below, and I fully understand and agree to its content. In addition, I acknowledge that the Releasees, individually and collectively, will be relying upon the foregoing commitments by me.
